Saigone Kako is a character created to represent a bright and cheerful voice. Mirroring concepts of the famous Hatsune Miku, Kako remains as a "sound of the past". Her design themes are reminiscent of Crypton Future Media's Character Vocal Series of voice libraries for VOCALOID 2, combined with the design themes of the Czech railways' 814 Regionova regional train and its redesign by Studio Najbrt. Small yet mighty, similarly, Saigone Kako's voice channels powerful noise. Kako is a person that can really appericiate the small joyful aspects of life and marches forward with full force.
